Dr. Fletcher is co-founder and managing director of Bios Partners and president of Bios Research. For over 10 years, he has served as an independent consultant in the biotechnology and health care equity industry and as a visiting professor at Dallas Baptist University. Through his activities as a health care consultant, Dr. Fletcher has a strong understanding of commercial viability in the marketplace, providing fundamental health care intelligence focused on the biotech and medtech subsectors. He earned his Ph.D. in biochemistry from Colorado State University.
