Shannon Murray is an experienced clinical research professional, specializing in regulatory management, clinical operations, and infrastructure development across diverse therapeutic areas. With a robust background, Shannon has excelled in various roles, notably as a Clinical Research Associate at Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Clinical Research Group, focusing on oncology and infectious disease monitoring within both adult and pediatric drug development programs. Before this, Shannon held the position of Research Manager at the Henry Ford Health Translational and Clinical Research Center (TCRC) and worked as a Research Coordinator at The University of Michigan, showcasing her progressive journey and multifaceted experience within the field. Shannon’s educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Biology, graduating cum laude and being a member of Beta Beta Beta, the Biological Honor Society. Additionally, she holds a Master of Health Science in Biomedical Science/Microbiology from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT, laying a strong academic foundation for her career in clinical research.
